Event Terms and Conditions

 

Event: The Flex Executive Summit 2026
Organiser: Board Match-Up, a brand of Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd.
Location: Singapore
Event Date: 2 October 2026
 

These Event Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations, nominations, bookings, payments, and participation related to The Flex Executive Summit 2026 organised by Board Match-Up, a brand of Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd.

By registering for, attending, sponsoring, partnering with, or participating in the event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


1. Registration Confirmation

All registrations are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Board Match-Up.

A registration shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • The required registration form has been completed. 
  • Accurate participant details have been submitted. 
  • Applicable payment has been received, where required; and 
  • Confirmation has been issued by the organiser through email or official communication. 

Board Match-Up reserves the right to reject, review, or cancel any registration at its discretion, including where participant details are incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the curated nature of the event.


2. Payment Terms

All event fees, where applicable, must be paid in full in accordance with the stated pricing, offer period, invoice terms, or payment instructions provided by the organiser.

Early-bird, promotional, partner, group, or discounted rates are valid only during the stated period and are subject to availability.

The organiser reserves the right to revise ticket prices, offers, packages, or payment terms at any time. Any such changes will not affect registrations already confirmed and paid, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed correctly through the official payment channels provided by Board Match-Up or Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd.


3. Delegate Substitution

If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be nominated, subject to the organiser's written approval.

Substitution requests must be submitted by email at least 15 days before the event.

The organiser may request updated participant details, including name, designation, organisation, email address, and contact number.

Board Match-Up reserves the right to decline a substitution request if the proposed delegate does not align with the event audience profile, participation category, or registration terms.


4. Program Changes

The event agenda, format, session flow, timings, networking format, and program structure are subject to change.

Board Match-Up may modify, add, replace, reschedule, or remove sessions as necessary to improve the event experience, meet operational requirements, accommodate speaker availability, or address unforeseen circumstances.

Any changes to the program will be communicated where reasonably possible. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund, cancellation, or compensation.


5. Speaker Changes

Speakers, panellists, moderators, facilitators, advisors, partners, or special guests may be subject to change due to professional commitments, travel issues, health matters, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control.

Board Match-Up reserves the right to replace, add, or withdraw speakers without prior notice.

The participation of any speaker, panellist, partner, sponsor, or organisation does not imply endorsement of any specific product, service, opinion, investment opportunity, career outcome, or professional engagement.


6. Photography, Video, and Media Consent

By attending The Flex Executive Summit 2026, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, audio recordings, screenshots, interviews, testimonials, or event footage may be captured during the event.

These materials may be used by Board Match-Up, Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd., event partners, or authorised media teams for purposes including:

  • Event documentation 
  • Marketing and promotional communication 
  • Website and social media content 
  • Post-event reports 
  • Public relations 
  • Future event promotion 
  • Internal records and brand communication 

Participants who do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or featured should inform the organiser in writing before the event or approach the event registration desk on the day of the event.

The organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots, stage photographs, networking visuals, or incidental footage.


7. Code of Conduct

The Flex Executive Summit 2026 is designed as a professional, respectful, and high-trust leadership platform.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards speakers, delegates, sponsors, partners, organisers, venue staff, and other participants.

Participants must not engage in:

  • Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or offensive behaviour 
  • Disruptive conduct during sessions or networking activities 
  • Unauthorised solicitation, aggressive selling, or inappropriate pitching 
  • Misuse of participant information or contact details 
  • Recording sessions without permission 
  • Sharing confidential or sensitive information without consent 
  • Behaviour that may damage the reputation, safety, or experience of the event 

The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event's professional standards.


8. Right of Admission

Board Match-Up reserves the right of admission to The Flex Executive Summit 2026.

The event is curated for senior leaders, board members, founders, investors, CHROs, CXOs, transformation leaders, independent directors, advisors, fractional executives, interim leaders, and other relevant professional audiences.

The organiser may refuse entry, cancel registration, or remove any participant where it reasonably believes that:

  • Registration information is false or misleading; 
  • The participant does not meet the event profile or eligibility criteria. 
  • Payment has not been completed. 
  • The participant has breached these Terms and Conditions; 
  • The participant's presence may affect the safety, reputation, confidentiality, or professional quality of the event. 

9. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

Board Match-Up may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or change the format of the event due to circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Venue restrictions 
  • Government regulations 
  • Public health advisories 
  • Travel disruptions 
  • Natural disasters 
  • Security risks 
  • Speaker or partner constraints 
  • Technical, operational, or commercial reasons 
  • Any event beyond the reasonable control of the organiser 

If the event is rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the revised date unless otherwise communicated.

If the event is cancelled, the organiser will communicate the applicable refund, credit, or transfer options in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Board Match-Up shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, visa, personal, business, or incidental expenses incurred by participants due to cancellation, postponement, relocation, or rescheduling of the event.


10. Participant Information and Networking

Participants may receive access to selected networking opportunities, curated introductions, event communities, discussion formats, or professional interactions.

Board Match-Up does not guarantee any specific business opportunity, board role, advisory mandate, investment opportunity, partnership, employment outcome, client engagement, or commercial result from participation in the event.

Participants are expected to use any contact information, introductions, or networking access responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy, consent, and professional standards.


11. Intellectual Property

All event content, materials, presentations, frameworks, templates, designs, recordings, branding, concepts, and intellectual property shared before, during, or after the event remain the property of Board Match-Up, Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd., speakers, partners, or respective content owners.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, record, or commercially use event materials without prior written permission.


12. Disclaimer

The event content is intended to provide general information, leadership insights, professional development, ecosystem dialogue, and strategic discussion.

Nothing shared during the event should be treated as legal, financial, investment, career, governance, recruitment, or professional advice.

Participants should seek appropriate independent advice before making decisions based on any information, discussion, or interaction arising from the event.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Board Match-Up and Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, professional, commercial, reputational, or financial loss arising from participation in the event.

Participants attend the event at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal belongings, travel arrangements, accommodation, professional decisions, and interactions with other participants.

14. Privacy and Data Use

Participant information will be collected, used, stored, and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Board Match-Up and Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd.

By registering for the event, participants agree that their information may be used for event administration, communication, registration management, payment processing, networking coordination, post-event communication, and relevant future updates.

15. Governing Law

These Event Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Event: The Flex Executive Summit 2026
Organiser: Board Match-Up, a brand of Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd.
Location: Singapore
Event Date: 2 October 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy apply to all paid registrations, delegate passes, nominations, event bookings, sponsorship packages, partnership packages, and related payments for The Flex Executive Summit 2026, organised by Board Match-Up, a brand of Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd.

By completing a registration, booking, sponsorship, or payment, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.


1. General Policy

All registrations and bookings are subject to confirmation by Board Match-Up.

Once a registration or booking is confirmed, the participant, organisation, sponsor, or partner is responsible for ensuring attendance, participation, and fulfilment of any related requirements.

Refunds, cancellations, substitutions, transfers, and credits will be handled in accordance with this policy.


2. Delegate Registration Fees

Delegate registration fees are refundable only within the timelines stated below, unless otherwise specified in writing by the organiser.


Cancellation Request and Refund Eligibility:

More than 60 days before the event - 75% refund of the delegate fee

30–60 days before the event - 50% refund of the delegate fee. 

Less than 30 days before the event - No refund 

All approved refunds may be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, or administrative costs, where applicable.


3. Early Bird, Promotional, and Discounted Registrations

Early-bird, super-early-bird, promotional, partner, group, invitation-based, or discounted registrations are offered at preferential rates and may be subject to additional restrictions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounted registrations are:

  • Non-transferable without written approval; 
  • Not eligible for further discounts. 
  • Subject to the same cancellation timelines above; 
  • Valid only for the named participant or approved substitute delegate. 

The organiser reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or close promotional offers at any time.


4. Delegate Substitution

If a registered participant is unable to attend, the participant or organisation may nominate a substitute delegate.

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the organiser at least 15 working days before the event.

The request should include:

  • Original participant name 
  • Substitute participant name 
  • Job title/designation 
  • Organisation name 
  • Email address 
  • Contact number 

Substitution is subject to approval by Board Match-Up, especially where the event is curated for a specific leadership audience.

Approved substitutions will not attract any refund or additional charge unless there is a difference in participation category or ticket type.


5. Transfer to Future Event or Credit

At the organiser's discretion, a confirmed registration may be transferred to a future Board Match-Up event, program, summit, or leadership forum.

Such transfer requests must be made in writing and may be subject to:

  • Availability of future programs or events; 
  • Difference in pricing; 
  • Validity period of the credit 
  • Approval by the organiser. 

Any approved credit will be valid for 12 months from the original event date unless otherwise communicated in writing.

Credits are not redeemable for cash.


6. No-Show Policy

If a participant does not attend the event and does not submit a cancellation or substitution request within the required timeframe, the registration will be treated as a no-show.

No refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided for no-shows.


7. Sponsorship and Partnership Packages

Sponsorship, partnership, branding, exhibition, visibility, or strategic partner packages are subject to separate commercial terms where applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Sponsorship and partnership payments are non-refundable once confirmed. 
  • Deliverables are linked to agreed event visibility, branding, access, or participation rights. 
  • Any cancellation by the sponsor or partner does not automatically entitle them to a refund. 
  • The organiser may provide alternative branding, visibility, access, or credit options where appropriate. 

If a separate sponsorship agreement has been signed, its terms will take precedence over this general policy.


8. Payment Gateway, Bank, and Tax Charges

Refunds, where approved, will be processed after deducting applicable charges, which may include:

  • Payment gateway fees 
  • Bank transfer fees 
  • Currency conversion charges 
  • Administrative charges 
  • Taxes or statutory deductions, where applicable 

The amount received by the payer may differ from the original amount paid due to such deductions or exchange-rate variations.


9. Event Cancellation by the Organiser

Board Match-Up reserves the right to cancel the event due to circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Venue restrictions 
  • Government regulations 
  • Public health advisories 
  • Security concerns 
  • Low registration viability 
  • Operational constraints 
  • Speaker or partner constraints 
  • Natural disasters 
  • Force majeure events 
  • Any situation beyond the reasonable control of the organiser 

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, registered delegates may be offered one or more of the following options:

  • Refund of the eligible registration fee; 
  • Transfer to a future event; 
  • Credit note for a future Board Match-Up event or program; 
  • Alternative participation format, where applicable. 

The organiser shall not be responsible for any personal, travel, accommodation, visa, professional, business, or incidental costs incurred by participants.


10. Event Rescheduling or Postponement

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, confirmed registrations will normally be transferred to the revised date.

Participants who are unable to attend the revised date may request:

  • Delegate substitution; 
  • Transfer to a future event; 
  • Credit note, subject to organiser approval. 

Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined by the organiser based on the circumstances, notice period, and costs already committed.


11. Change of Venue, Format, or Program

The organiser may change the venue, format, agenda, session structure, speakers, timing, or delivery mode of the event where necessary.

Such changes may occur due to operational requirements, speaker availability, venue conditions, safety needs, government guidance, or other reasonable circumstances.

A change in venue, format, program, speaker, or session schedule shall not automatically qualify for a refund, provided the event is still delivered in a substantially similar manner.


12. Force Majeure

Board Match-Up and Bridge Et Al. Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, postponement, non-performance, or change in event delivery due to events beyond reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters 
  • Fire, flood, earthquake, or severe weather 
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health restrictions 
  • Acts of terrorism or security threats 
  • War, civil unrest, strikes, or labour disruptions 
  • Government restrictions or regulatory action 
  • Travel bans or border closures 
  • Venue closure or technical failure beyond the organiser's control 
  • Any other event that makes delivery impractical, unsafe, illegal, or commercially unreasonable 

In such cases, the organiser may offer a revised date, credit, alternative format, or other reasonable option at its discretion.


13. Refund Request Process

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

The request should include:

  • Participant name 
  • Organisation name 
  • Email address used for registration 
  • Payment reference or invoice number 
  • Reason for cancellation 
  • Bank or payment details, if required for processing 

Refund requests should be sent to:

Incomplete requests may delay processing.


14. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 30 working days of approval.

The actual time for the refund to appear may depend on the payment method, payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or international transfer processing.


15. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Payment gateway charges 
  • Bank transfer charges 
  • Currency conversion charges 
  • Administrative charges 
  • Taxes, which were already paid or non-recoverable 
  • Sponsorship and partnership fees, unless separately agreed 
  • No-show registrations 
  • Last-minute cancellations less than 15 days before the event 
  • Travel, accommodation, visa, personal, business, or incidental expenses 


16. Relationship with Event Terms and Conditions

This Refund and Cancellation Policy should be read together with the Event Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any specific registration, sponsorship, invoice, or payment terms issued by Board Match-Up.

In the event of a conflict, the specific written terms agreed for a particular registration, sponsor, partner, or package may take precedence.
